55,000 Tree Planting Initiative for  Sigulu Island, Uganda.

After the incredible success of our initial tree planting effort, where we planted 1,000 trees in two villages on the Sigulu Islands, we are ready to take our mission to the next level. 

We  extend our efforts to plant 55,000 trees across 76 villages on the islands for Environmental Sustainability and to combat climate Change. 

The Island soil has become more vulnerable to erosion, making farming and local agriculture very difficult, while also affecting the quality of water sources.

The decline in forested areas in Sigulu Island has put pressure on wildlife habitats and other Species that depend on trees for shelter and food to face critical challenges.
The Sigulu Islands are experiencing more frequent and severe unpredictable weather especially droughts.  We believe that by planting Trees, will act well against  these natural barriers, have impact on economic livelihood of the people.

We call upon Leaders, Climate activists, individuals, NGOs, Companies to join hands with us and contribute to this critical initiative. Every tree donated is a step towards a greener, healthier future for the Sigulu Islands.
